I wanted to take a picture of Davin and Ross - Ross was not into it. I bribed them with fruit snacks which completely sold Davin as you can see...not Ross though - he didn't buy it.

Ross did give Davin a hug good-bye at least. :)
We also got to have Rachel and Dain come up with my parents to celebrate their birthdays this month. We had cake and ice cream and played the Golf card game. :) So fun to have them!
The birthday kids!
Ross was jealous they got to blow out candles...so he needed one too.
Present time! Ruby loved the tissue paper.

So ever since the movie Saving Mr. Banks was in a preview I have been telling Steve that he was going to take me on a romantic date to go see it. The list of things required included a romantic dinner, flowers, him serenading me with a song, a special gift, and the movie. I reminded him of this EVERY time we saw any ads or previews of Saving Mr. Banks.
He followed through over the weekend. We headed down to my parents and got them to watch the kiddos while we went. We tried a new place called Wild Mustangs - splitting ribs (yes - eating with our fingers like cavemen - it was deemed romantic due to its deliciousness), Steve gave me my special gift - a poem he wrote me called "The Middle" which was amazing, we walked around talking for a bit and saw the movie - extremely well done and incredibly sad. The flowers and song will be saved for another romantic date - which I'm excited for already. :)

Bath time! Ruby loves the bath - she tries to get in all the time.
Flashing some teeth - she got her other top tooth in about a week ago.

Ruby loves climbing up on Ross's bed - it's her "place" when we're playing in his room.

Stories with Grandpa. She keeps giving him the book until he pulls her up and reads it to her.
The next day was my nephew (I love saying that) Alex's blessing. He looked so cute in his outfit, and it was a great blessing - though I didn't get to hear it due to Ross being quite concerned why all the uncles, Daddy, and Grandpa went up to the front. He is a wonderful addition to the White family and we are ecstatic to have a cousin. Ruby loves stealing his binky and touching his face. Ross likes to coo at him. :) What a fun weekend!

This was Young's mom's friend who is a Buddhist Monk! She loved Ruby too :)
